While you are playing tennis the focus is on getting a good workout and on a fitness programme, being active and moving, as opposed to trying to hit the best forehand or backhand.

You will be challenged with your fitness level and ability.

Circuit Training Sessions

Circuit Training is a fantastic way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. During these sessions there will be several exercises that are completed one after another before moving onto the next exercise. These are performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time before moving onto the next exercise. There will be brief, timed rest intervals in between each exercise. Each circuit is separated by a longer rest period and the total number of circuits that take place will depend on the training level.
